Hello again!

So, I realized I've been here over a month now and I still haven't really introduced myself. I've been somewhat preoccupied. It's an awfully long story and I would not want to bore you with trivial details. But, since we're all trapped here together, it might be wise to get to know one another.

I'm Loki and this [He gestures to the Murkrow.] is Igor. He's the newest addition to my traveling party.

I'm sure we'll all be good friends in no time.

I would hope you trained your Pokemon, if you're not going to tell any sort of story as to why you wasted a month.

A Murkrow? I'll warn you now to keep your change out of his sight. Murkrow like shiny anything, and money is a prime target.

I did! I also took up what I believe was a typical Midgardian dead-end job. It was just as the moving pictures made them out to be... except with Pokémon involved.

And I've noticed. [He is, after all, wearing a good bit of gold.]

Most of the jobs are dead-end, but they pay for food and travel expenses until you figure out how to start your own business, doing something better.

Heh, I guess you would, since. [Gestures at the gold, yep.] They aren't the only ones who like that kind of thing. Sneasel are prone to it too, and Meowth have a coin attached to their forehead.

Then I best figure out something better as quickly as possible. [There need to be more gamblers in Violet. He'd be pretty well off then.]

I have yet to see either of those, but I'll be sure to keep that in mind.
